Liz,BBC I PLAYER is really good. ITV CATCHUP is alright too but it gets stuck with me sometimes and i have to sometimes reload it from the start which is a pain Rolling Eyes

Apparently, the reason they call themselves "tv catchup" is that is the service they WILL provide - "any time now" apparently, so keep checking back!

It seems their catchup service will work more like a video recorder than an i-player - in that you have to go in beforehand, and select programs to "record" - these are then available to watch for up to 30 days...

You can also do a 'series link' where you can (say) tell it to automatically record every episode of "moley does dallas" etc.

Apparently, the reason for this type of thing, and not an i-player type of thing is legal.. Having an on-demand i-player type thing constitutes "rebroadcast", but a video-recorder type setup is allowed as it's a "personal recording"

thats the law for you!
