If you can cut a slice off to the side of the stone (which is always the problem with mangoes) you cut through the flesh part in a grid pattern - just to the edge of the skin, and then invert it so that the skin's now on the inside and all the little squares of flesh are poking upwards like a hedgehog's spines (well, kind of) It makes it easier then to slice through and cut off the fruit.
However, Delia shows this method

I never seem to have any problems with Avocado, but then I like them a bit firm.

Keep yer eyes peeled when ye be at LAKELAND fer their ICE CRYSTAL CANDLE...........got one as a pressie 'n cannae find any link tae them.........maybe they just be in durin' tha winter Rolling Eyes

They be burn doon in unusual way...........leavin' a spiders web/lacey effect an' it be really lovely tha way it be casts shadows on tha walls 'n ceilin'!

It burns fer aboot 15 hoors..........must be kept oan a holder coz it does drip .......but tha drips be like snow or royal icin'--lovely!

Nice pressie.........tho' as Ah said -fink they only be winter stock! Sad

I do testing for a cosmetic and household research company, and I had a Sanctuary masque/deep treatment moisturiser one time, it was lovely. You very rarely get to know what brand it is that you're testing, so I was surprised when it came in their packaging.

I'm currently testing a body cream and also a foot cream which are both very good too. The footcream is the palest pink you can imagine and smells very lightly of cucumber.

Yes, I use the 7 day shop from Guernsey for computer, printer and camera stuff, and they're always pretty good and competitive too, so I'm hoping this site will be ok too.
