I don't usually go in for this kind of forward this around business, but i reckon this is a good cause  and i know it's in the USA but that really doesn't matter does it

The Breast Cancer site is having trouble getting enough people to click on their site daily to meet their quota of donating at least one free mammogram a day to an
underprivileged woman. It takes less than a minute to go to their site and click on
"donating a mammogram" for free (pink window in the middle).
This doesn't cost you a thing. Their corporate sponsors/advertisers
use the number of daily visits to donate mammogram in exchange for
advertising.

There's a link on each of those pages that gives you the results.
I suppose it's because October was Breast Cancer Awareness month, that it yielded great numbers, but it could be so much better if we all remembered to click EVERY DAY

When you use Firefox as your browser, you can pop your favourite links on a bar just beneath the address bar at the top of the page. I have 7 links on there including the Breast Cancer one (and The Molehill) 
That's a handy way to remember to visit every day.
Just found out it's a windows thing and not a Firefox one (I think) Tools, Links???
I'm confused now as to how I got it, because I'm not sure I have it for IE?

As Rosy said, it's not restricted to one click a day, so that makes me a bit suspicious, never the less, for the time it takes to bother, if it does help, it's well worth it
